Stephanie Channel – MSN, PMHNP-BC

Stephanie is a Board-Certified Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Duke University Adjunct Faculty Member, and United States Navy Veteran.

She received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Rhode Island College in 2007 and a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Florida in 2011.

Stephanie has worked in a variety of settings to include community liaison, hospital, outpatient and consultation services. She has extensive experience working with a diverse clientele ranging from active duty, dependent family members and non-military individuals.

She specializes in depressive, anxiety and traumatic disorders, but has had extensive training with a host of psychiatric disorders. Stephanie incorporates an integrative approach to mental health beyond traditional medication management through the use of nutritional counseling, mindfulness, vitamins, and genetic testing where appropriate. Stéphanie treats clients from 13 to 65 years old.
