Cigna replaced Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Massachusetts as your medical provider network on July 1, 2022. You should have received your new insurance ID card and other documents in the mail.

If you don’t receive your new Cigna cards, you can print a temporary ID card template from our website and include your union ‘P’ number as ID.

If you are seeking medical treatment and your provider is unable to verify coverage through their system, your provider may use one or all of the following alternatives:

1. Access the Fund’s Supplier Portal at members.mlbf.org
2. Access the Cigna Supplier Portal at Cignaforhcp.cigna.com
3. Call Supplier Helpline – 877-505-5871

The above options are for your provider. If you have any questions, you can call the Fund office at 800-342-3792 ext. 201.

Livongo Diabetes Management Program: This program provides recipients with a free blood glucose meter, test strips, coaching and everything you need to manage diabetes, at no cost to you.
