Job Highlights:

All clinical pharmacy specialists:

– Serves as primary preceptor for PGY1 Pharmacy Residents and Pharmacy Students (APPE)

– Provides training to nurses, doctors, pharmacists and medical residents

– Participate in code team responses

Emergency Medicine:

– Responsible for daily patient care activities for the emergency department

– Participate in code team responses.

– Opening hours: MF 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (excluding weekends/holidays)

Infectious disease

– Responsible for day-to-day patient care with the infectious disease consultation service team

– Acts as co-chair of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee

– Schedule: MF days (excluding weekends/holidays)

Graduated from the PGY2 specialty residency

PGY1 residency diploma + 1 year of clinical experience

or Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience + board certification
