Important: This search finds medical service providers registered with Indiana Medicaid. However, these providers may not accept new patients or new patients into every Medicaid program. You should contact the provider directly to see if they are accepting new patients. Be sure to tell the provider that you have Medicaid coverage.

If you are enrolled in the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP), Hoosier Care Connect, or Hoosier Healthwise, you must contact your health plan to find medical providers in your plan’s provider network. You can use this site to find dental providers, but you must call the provider to make sure they accept your type of coverage.
