Patients can set up a payment plan by calling Patient Financial Services. Sanford Health also offers financial assistance for emergency services and other medically necessary services provided and billed through Centralized Patient Financial Services. Patients can call to request an application, or can visit the enrollment representative at the clinic or hospital and they will be able to provide an application. The patient will need to return the completed application in its entirety with: return, including all schedules. Copies of the last two payslips of each household employee.
