We work with insurance companies and suppliers to coordinate everything for you.

We offer several generic drugs at discount prices.
With this program, prescriptions cost:
- $4 or $10 for a 30 day supply

Medication take-back program
What is the best thing to do with expired or unwanted medications? Throwing medicines in the trash or flushing them down the toilet is risky. The safest option is to deposit old prescription drugs in a safe and registered place.
UVA offers 8 drop-off locations:
Take-back boxes are green metal boxes with a drawer at the top. Once you put medicine in the drawer and close it, the medicine drops into a locked storage box below. Once the box is full, we take the drugs out of the box and have them destroyed by an external processor.
You can drop off medication at any time, day or night. The two medicine collection boxes located in the lobby of the Lee Street Pharmacy remain open 24/7.
