It ages in reverse – literally.
Chris Mirabile, the founder and CEO of a consumer longevity biotech company called NOVOS, claimed he was 39 years old with a biological age around 23 years old, and he now shares his advice with the world.
While biological age testing can be controversial, a specialist says they are a nifty indication of how much “damage” has occurred inside your body.
The test aims to measure the rate at which your body ages.
Mirabile, who survived a brain tumor when he was younger, has aging hacks that are cheap and simple to implement into your own routine.
While appearing on the John Barrows “Make it happen” podcast in August 2022, Mirabile offered one of its most powerful tips to the public — and it’s easier than you might think.
“150 minutes a week of moderate physical activity is enough to extend your life and your health significantly,” he claimed during the podcast.

He explained that if you take a brisk walk for 20 minutes a day every day, it will take you almost to 150 minutes. Mirabile also recommended doing bodyweight exercises twice a week, especially focusing on your legs.
Exercising regularly can promote brain health, strengthen your muscles and bones and even help reduce your risk of disease, according to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Mirabile used squats as a good example of bodyweight exercises, suggesting you build endurance from 20 reps. He said you can even do it while watching TV.
According The daily mailMirabile himself trains six times a week, breaking it down into three cardio sessions and three weightlifting sessions.
“By intense I don’t mean anything crazy,” he told the Daily Mail. “So like a six to eight mile run, basically anything I can fit into my schedule – 45 minutes to an hour – and I have to make a point of not pushing myself too hard.”

Another tip revealed by Mirabile was the importance of intermittent fasting and making sure you have a limited 12 hour window of time in which you eat – at least.
“One of the most important things to consider is your eating window, the time you eat,” Mirabile said on the podcast.
He referred to a researcher at the Salk Institute in California, Dr. Panda Satchidananda, explaining that it is better to eat in a shorter period of time.
“The smaller the window of consumption you can do, the better it is for your overall health,” Mirabile said during the podcast.
“Studies have shown, for example, that two people can eat exactly the same food, but if you eat within a shorter time frame, it can have a much better health outcome in terms of cardiovascular risk and so on.
Mirabile said he ate healthy 90% of the time, especially on work days, according to The Daily Mail.
Some of the typical foods in his diet include broccoli, Brussels sprouts and berries – but he’s not shy about indulging occasionally, indulging in two ‘cheat meals’ about once a week, reported the point of sale.

“So I might have pizza on a Friday night and then dessert on a Saturday, but I try not to have pizza and dessert at the same time because it’s a lot at once,” he said. at DailyMail.com. .
A good night’s sleep is also crucial, he revealed, recommending getting eight hours of rest per night, according to The daily mail.
Good sleep is important for everyone’s physical and emotional well-being, and is recommended by The Cleveland Clinic for adults to spend seven to eight hours a night.

Sleeping also helps your nervous system function, according to The Clinic.
The Post has contacted Mirabile for comment.
However, Mirabile isn’t the only person who has claimed to have a younger biological age.
Dr Mark Hyman is 63, but says he has a biological age of 43.
His list of tips included smoothies, meditation and cold baths.
