What to expect during your therapy visit

Patients are usually seen for a series of therapy visits, usually 2-3 times per week. The frequency and duration of treatments are determined by the evaluating therapist, in collaboration with the referring doctor.

Your therapist will perform an assessment and work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan, taking into account your specific condition and personal treatment goals.

You will be asked to complete a clinical outcome survey. This brief survey helps your rehabilitation therapist develop your treatment plan. Our therapists achieve treatment results that are statistically better than the nation in fewer treatment sessions.

Prepare your visit

• Feel free to wear comfortable clothes for your session. Sportswear will allow your therapist to better assess your condition.
• You will need to bring your therapy prescription, insurance information, photo ID, and a list of current medications.
