CINCINNATI (WXIX) – Across the Tri-State, there has been more sunshine and some warmer-than-average temperatures in the past week.
For many, these conditions have been a welcome relief to the winter blues. According to the American Academy of Family Physicians, Seasonal Affective Disorder affects about four to six percent of people.
You may feel more irritable and a little bit more impatient with things. You may also notice an increase in appetite.
FOX19 Meteorologist Catherine Bodak spoke with Dr. Kia-Rai Prewitt of Cleveland Clinic, who shares ways to overcome SAD.
