Call us to schedule 414-302-8600. Our sexual health clinic offers services to individuals ages 14 and older. A parent/guardian does not need to be present for your appointment. These services are available at low or no-cost based on income eligibility.

• Pregnancy testing, education & referrals

• Free condoms & lubricant

• Family Planning Only Services (FPOS) express enrollment
