I am excited to announce the downtown Phoenix location of ASU Health, our initiative to create improved health outcomes for the people of Arizona.
ASU Health is a new approach to the design, delivery and measurement of medical education and health care that will shape the next generation of physicians, nurses, technologists, specialists and scientists. With the support of Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego, HonorHealth CEO Todd LaPorte, and the Arizona Board of Regents, we will drive innovation in medicine and health care.

Today I’m covering the Issue Health Headquarters announcement. Let’s go ask some questions. As you change downtown a ton in the past 20 years. What do you think this Health campus is gonna do for the next 20 years? Well, the way to look at this is this gonna be the headquarters for every new innovation that’s gonna help each family to have a healthier and longer life for everyone in the family. So this is going to be an Innovation Center, a creativity center, a technology center, new ideas, new ways of doing things. So that’s really what’s going to happen. How do you think the Issue Health Campus is going to affect students directly? Students will have an opportunity to work in medicine, to work in nursing, to work in technology for public. Health to then study all kinds of other subjects and bring all those things together. So for students, it’s going to be a state-of-the-art, never before created kind of learning environment that allows you then also to become an innovator, innovate with your ideas, start a new company in the health space, make things happen in the health space, those kinds of things.
