Yesterday, Hinge Health went public.

Four years ago, I joined Hinge Health with the belief that we could change how the world treats musculoskeletal pain. Three years into that journey, my wife and I made a big leap—moving (back) across the country to San Francisco so I could be even closer to the mission.

As SVP of Growth, I’ve had the privilege of leading an incredible cross-functional team across marketing, product, engineering, creative, data science, and operations. Together, we’ve helped scale Hinge Health into a company that now serves millions and makes a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

This is the second IPO I’ve had the luck of being part of, and each time reminds me how rare and hard-won these moments are. But what’s made this one especially meaningful is all the fun, growth, and learning I’ve experienced alongside some of the most talented and mission-driven people I’ve ever worked with. I’ve learned so much from colleagues across the company, and I’m deeply grateful for those relationships.

To our founders, Daniel Perez and Gabriel Mecklenburg —thank you for your vision, trust, and relentless pursuit of better care.

To my brilliant leadership team— Samantha Rosesmith, Adam Levinson, Adam Whinston, Lana Khavinson, Denette McCloskey, Jonathan Westfield, Blaine O’Brien, Adam DeGregorio, and Jason Hemerka—your heart, execution, and partnership made this possible.

To the entire Growth team, you are the engine behind so much of what we’ve accomplished. I’m endlessly proud of what we’ve built together.

And to my wife, Megan Boyle, thank you for your unwavering support, for moving our family across the country, and for being my constant through all the highs and lows. I couldn’t have done this without you.

Yesterday was a milestone, but it’s just the beginning. I couldn’t be more excited for what’s next in the Hinge Health story.
