Weight Loss Story: “I started eating oats for breakfast and blue tea after training”

[ad_1]

My breakfast: – I had 5 almonds, 2 fruits with oats.

My lunch: – Dal, chapati, cooked vegetables, curds.

My dinner: – A bowl of vegetables, a glass of milk.

Pre-workout meal: – Black coffee

Post-workout meal: – Green tea / Blue tea (a kind of powerful herbal tea)

What did you have on the day of your cheat? I indulge in how I feel but try not to really stick to a particular day of the week. It completely depended on my mood but yes, responsibly. I have tried to understand the social occasions and the functions that cannot be avoided. I usually used to have those days as cheat days. They can be twice a week or even not once for 10 to 15 days.

Low-calorie recipes I swear by: – I haven’t really gone for too many low-calorie or trendy foods because the internet is full of them and it can be confusing, I would say. Instead, I relied completely on homemade food because I wanted to make a change that could be continued forever. Few of the low calorie foods prepared in almost all Indian households are poha, upma, dalia, idly, vegetable soup, etc.
