East Oakland Health Center – Lifetime Medical Care

LifeLong Medical Care is a network of not-for-profit community health centers. We provide high quality medical, dental and behavioral health services to people of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay or their immigration status. We help patients enroll in social services and benefit programs such as Medi-Cal and SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program).

LifeLong Medical Care patients have access to a wide variety of providers, wellness programs, and other resources.
