President Biden was photographed on Friday reading a handwritten note from an aide telling him there was “something” on his chin.

The note, as seen in photos taken by an Associated Press photographer, reads, “Sir, there is something on your chin.”

The photos were taken as the president met with governors at the Eisenhower Building to discuss ongoing efforts to strengthen wildfire prevention, preparedness, and response efforts, and to hear first-hand about the ongoing effects of the 2021 wildfire season.

The photos were taken by Andrew Harnick, and jokes were made on social media.

Another Associated Press photo released Friday from the same event appears to show a small orange object on the president’s chin.
