A fire broke out in Elephant Town and Castle in south London, a few weeks after an earlier fire.
The footage shows plumes of smoke rising from the flames from a construction site on Deacon Street.
The London Fire Brigade (LFB) said a man was receiving medical care at the scene.
The street is in a newly redeveloped area next to Elephant Park, about 5 minutes’ walk from Elephant and Castle tube stations.
LFB confirmed that the fire was on the first floor roof terrace of a building under construction.
He stated that 14 calls were made to 999 about the “highly visible fire”, and that four fire engines and about 25 firefighters from Lambeth, Beckham, Shadwell and Brixton fire stations attended the scene.
LFB later tweeted that the fire was “under control.” The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Locals in the area tweeted about their concerns about the fire breaking out near and shortly after a previous fire.
On June 29, about 100 firefighters were called to the area to treat an inferno in a commercial unit under railroad arches near Elephant and Castle Station that exploded in a huge fireball.

The intense flames sent huge clouds of thick dark smoke into the air that could be seen from miles away.
The LFB said in July that the fire was “accidental” and was caused by an electrical malfunction inside a car at a spray booth.
The London Ambulance Service said six people were treated for injuries and one was taken to hospital.
