Eve, from Wolverhampton, was a fan of Ariana Grande and attended her concert at Manchester Arena on May 22, 2017, in which 22 people were killed in a terrorist attack.
Her mother, Amanda, said she struggled after the attack at the party with loud noises and had PTSD.
On a fundraising page to raise money for her funeral, her mother wrote that the Manchester Arena attack “had an effect” on Eve.
Amanda, 55, said: ‘From the moment she was born she was a cheerful spirit, had a very funny sense of humor and was her daddy’s girl.
“She always had friends around her and she had a long sleep. She had a lot of friends who were always there for her.
“She had a good banter with her brothers and sisters.”
Amanda said Ariana Grande was Eve’s “idol”.
She added, “She went to Ariana Grande’s party with her dad and was made up to be there. Ariana was her idol. She could sing every tune.”
“They were on the other side, not where the bomb went off. Since then she’s been back in Manchester and has loved putting flowers on people.

“After the concert she started to suffer from PTSD. She loved cars and was looking for a job working in cars but her depression got worse.
“She couldn’t sleep or hear a bang after the party. She mourned 22.
“In the last two weeks she seemed to be back to her old self, she had lost a lot of weight.
“Her father found her in her bedroom, we are still waiting to find out what happened.
“We’re broken, it’s like a bad dream. It’s like she’s going to come back through the door and say ‘Got ya!'” “.
“You left a big hole, and everyone says they can’t believe it.”
If you’ve been touched by any of the details mentioned in this story, there are people out there who can help you.
Most people grieve when they lose something or someone important to them.
The way grief affects you depends on many things, including the type of loss you experienced, your upbringing, your beliefs or religion, your age, your relationships, and your physical and mental health.
Grieving is a completely normal process, but there is a way to get help if you need support.
Your GP is a good place to start. They can advise you about other support services, refer you to a counselor, or prescribe medications if needed.
Or you can contact support organizations directly, such as Cruse Bereavement Care (0808808 1677) Samaritans (116123) or Love Jasmine.
The mother added, “She was a beautiful human being and she should be here.
“We want to say goodbye, you should not bury your daughter.
“I would not wish this upon my worst enemy.”
More than £3,700 was raised towards the goal of £4,500 for Eve’s funeral.
