Before entering the star-studded house, he told viewers, “I’m Meghan Markle’s brother. I’m the older brother to them all.”
“I told Prince Harry, I think it will ruin your life. It is very shallow.”
Thomas previously said he was “puzzled” at not being invited to Meghan’s wedding in 2018, MailOnline reports.
He added: “Here is a person who knows the position he is in and knows the scrutiny that is under him, yet she has forgotten her flesh and blood.”
Meghan is said to be preparing for a new embarrassment and controversy as Thomas may reveal more discoveries.
A window installer has previously shocked Meghan in the press, calling her a “pseudo”, a bully and a “tired, shallow, cocky woman”.
Thomas Jr. also criticized Meghan for “cutting up” their father after admitting he was paid to take paparazzi photos that were sold to media outlets around the world.

Thomas Sr., 76, was supposed to walk the Duchess down the aisle.
He wanted to attend the party but admitted that he could not attend due to heart surgery.
Thomas Jr’s appearance at Big Brother’s home comes as Meghan is said to have ignored her father after he sent her flowers for her 40th birthday.
He reportedly sent dozens of red roses with two yellow flowers in the middle, which Thomas claimed symbolized the Duchess’ two children Archie and Lillibet.
Meghan’s estranged father told TMZ that he wants to incorporate his grandchildren into the arrangement because he wants it to be a part of their lives.
‘Stiff and shallow’
He sent them a small note seen by The Sun, which read: “Happy birthday to my darling with lots of love and a brighter future. Dad.”
But Thomas told TMZ he hasn’t heard from his daughter since he sent the gift.
In 2017, Thomas Jr. was charged with allegedly carrying a gun to a woman’s head during an argument.
The 55-year-old joins a host of famous faces in the reality TV house including Caitlyn Jenner and former political aide Omarosa.
She is married to First Sight Star Jessika Powers and Imogen Anthony of Kyle Sandilands.
Other roommates include Australian Survivor star Luke Toki and former footballers Matt Cooper and Dayne Beams.
Also among the contestants are Bernard Carey, model Ellie Gonsalves, influencer Josh Carroll and 2021 Big Brother Australia star Daniel Hayes.
Controversial commentator Katie Hopkins, 46, was deported before the show after threatening to break quarantine rules.
She is said to have posted a video online saying she would answer the door naked and without masks for people serving meals – in violation of rules in closed Sydney.
Seven Network and Endemol Shine condemned her “reckless comments” and confirmed her exclusion.
