During a speech at the White House, the 78-year-old US president said 350 million Americans have received the vaccine. “Well — what is the number again, I’ll remind myself — 350 million Americans have already been vaccinated,” Biden said after glancing at his notes.
According to the last census in April, the state’s total population was 331 million.
However, approximately 350 doses were administered. It is possible that the President’s notes refer to this number.
The latest numbers show that 166 million people have been fully vaccinated in the United States — about half the population.
In the country, the delta variable is increasing among the unvaccinated and recent reports indicate that the majority of Covid hospital admissions and deaths are among the unvaccinated.

“This shows how much progress we’ve made in vaccination to protect us from the worst of the new COVID-19 delta wave.”
The US President has been known to make occasional verbal errors while speaking.
Biden has previously joked about his habit of mis-talking, saying, “I’m a slip machine.”
