“Police remain on Wordsworth Street today (Tuesday, August 10), while extensive investigations are being conducted to determine the source and age of the remains.”

A large police presence was seen at the property in Toxteth last night.

Officers cordoned off one house on the road, which is located near the Tuxtus Park Cemetery.

One person who lives on the streets of semi-detached homes said the police were “along the way.”

Officers can be seen inside the cordon outside the front of the property as well as in the garden.
