A body language expert claims that Faye Winter and Jake Cornish are playing a game on Love Island

A leading body language expert has lifted the lid on the remaining Love Island contestants and invoked some snake behavior just two weeks before the Grand Final.

The likes of Liberty Poole and Jake Cornish – the villa’s only boyfriend/friends couple – and recent matchmaking with Faye Winter and Teddy Soares are some of the favorites for the £50,000 cash prize.

But Darren Stanton – dubbed TV’s Human Lie Detector – claimed that both Jake and Faye are too busy playing a game not to worry about love.

Darren claims Fay has an “agenda” on the show, while also criticizing Jake for “faking” things with his girlfriend Liberty and other islanders.

He told BetMinded, making his verdict, “Liberty seems like a very real person by her mannerisms, but I feel like Jake is playing a game.

“I’ve seen many gestures when he’s talking to other islanders, as he’s trying to be sensitive, open and honest—but some of his subtle expressions and other gestures make him look pretty fake.”

Darren is convinced Fay is also playing a game with Teddy, and he’s not sure they’ll continue as a couple, despite her heartfelt apology last night which ended with a kiss.

“I think Faye is the real player out of all the islanders and she has an agenda to run,” he said.

“I feel that she is quite cheating and sometimes fakes feelings with other girls especially when she is consoling others if they are upset. I think she is completely wrong and manipulative and is generally the most mistrustful of them all.

“I think she really plans to win the competition by all means necessary.

“Teddy was calm during her apology letter, but his communication indicates that he is addressing a lot internally. Despite the fact that the apology ended with a kiss, I am still not convinced that they would continue.

“There seems to be some reticence in Teddy’s nonverbal communication, but time will tell.”

While Darren predicts a quick end to Faye and Teddy’s romance, he’s more hopeful for Priya Gobaldas and Matthew McNab, who seem to have already worked out.

He said, “I feel like Matt and Bria are displaying some specific nonverbal cues that they are intertwined a lot. I’m going to crack my neck and expect Bria and Matt to have a very good chance of making the final and possibly winning.”

He also sees hope for a future between Kaz Kamui and Tyler Cruikshank.

“They seem to match and reflect a lot of similar real feelings, and I actually see them making it up as a real-world couple too,” he added.
