The complaint was shared on the Mumsnet forum when a user wrote: “I was at McDonald’s today and a woman came to complain to the manager that her food fell on the floor yesterday and she was asking for her money back, she said it happened on the way home.
“I was amazed that someone would actually come back the next day to complain about it, has anyone else heard of a more ridiculous complaint?”
Others on the forum quickly shared their horrific customer stories, the Manchester Evening News reports.
Someone said there was a guy who wanted his digital camera back because it couldn’t fit everyone he wanted in the frame.

A third claimed that someone had once refused to pay their TV license because they weren’t watching TV – it was their parrot.
Fourth took the opportunity to ridicule their husbands. They wrote: “On one holiday he complained to a hotel employee that ‘birds chirp very loudly in the morning.'”
“I have no idea what he expected them to do about it. Our son and I took the rest of the vacation from him.”
