The 44-year-old commented on the shot on her Instagram Stories, noting that she was closer to the birth of her third child than her fans had originally thought.

Back in March, Alex announced that she was pregnant and expecting a baby girl, and earlier this month, she quit her presentation duties at The One Show to officially begin maternity leave.

Her hospital update comes days after she shared a snapshot of her baby’s baby, and joked that she’s ready to show up as her due date approaches.

“There’s not much room left in there,” she wrote, hugging her stomach as she wore a blue floral midi dress.

She recently gave her fans a peek inside her hospital bag, as she was preparing to become a mother of three.

The Welsh TV personality admitted that she had forgotten what to pack, despite already being a mother of two sons, and pleaded with her followers for help.

“You know what, I can’t remember what’s supposed to happen, even though it’s the third – and I think some of you who’ve done it lately might have some reminders for me,” she explained on her Instagram Stories, as she began revealing than she had already packed.

The presenter said she prioritized packing some comfy pajamas, as well as a baby blanket Gabby Logan gave her that she also used to bring Teddy and Kate home from the hospital.
