A man has been arrested on suspicion of assault after an alleged attack on model Katie Price, which left her in need of hospital treatment.
Emergency services were called to a property in Little Canfield, Essex, in the early hours of Monday morning, and Price, 43, was treated for a facial injury after the accident.
An Essex Police spokesperson said officers were alerted of the assault shortly after 1.30am by colleagues in the Ambulance Service.
“We arrived and found a woman who had been hit in the face, which required hospital treatment,” a police spokesman said.
“A 32-year-old man was arrested shortly after on suspicion of assault. He remains in detention.”
Sky News has contacted representatives for Price for comment.
