England notified match officials of an incident on the field after Poland’s Kamel Celik appeared to slash Kyle Walker’s neck.
Both teams clashed in the first half during the World Cup qualifiers, as an angry Harry Maguire was finally booked with Glick.
FIFA will now look into the matter to understand the full facts of what happened.

“We’re dealing with what it was like,” Gareth Southgate told BBC Radio 5 Live. “A report has been drawn up and we need to know more about what happened. For now, we’re still gathering all the evidence, so there’s no point in speculating any further.”
Asked again about the incident in the post-match press conference, Southgate added: “We are trying to find out exactly what happened and when we know more, we will tell people.”

Southgate defended his decision not to use any of his substitutions after England conceded an injury-time goal in a 1-1 draw in Warsaw.
The England boss made 11 changes from Sunday’s win over Andorra, returning to the starting lineup he put in last Thursday’s Hungary win on his trip to Poland.
England coach Gareth Southgate said he was “very pleased” with his team’s performance
After Harry Kane’s goal put the visitors ahead, Southgate stayed with those players, despite England’s decline in the final stages of a physically and sometimes frantic match.
His options for the bench included defenders Reece James, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Conor Coady and Kieran Trippier.
“We were very comfortable and in complete control so you could have made substitutions for that really, and that could disrupt the rhythm we had,” Southgate told Sky Sports News.
“I have absolutely no doubt that he will be questioned, but we have not seen the need for that.”
