Katie Price revealed that she dumped fiancé Carl Woods – and then went on to the National Television Awards.

She was overheard telling her friends about the split at the O2 Arena in London.

Katie, 43, was later seen getting cozy with a businessman at the after party.

“She looked drunk when she sat down on her seat,” said one of the guests.

Katie said she ended her romance with Carl Woods after a series of sudden assaults.

Celebrities at the National Television Awards were overheard to tell friends that she was newly single. Guests beside her at the party recounted how the reality TV star, who had imposed a ban on alcohol, was dousing wine after walking the red carpet.

Her accident-filled night saw her flirting with a string of men and “groping” with a businessman at an after-party.

The star and his son Harvey, 19, were invited to the party at London’s O2 Arena on Thursday after the BBC documentary Katie Price: Harvey and Me was nominated for the award.

One guest revealed: “Katie publicly claimed she was petty – but seemed really drunk by the time she sat down on her seat in the auditorium.

“She was banging wine and ordering vodka. She was telling people, ‘I’m single, I left him’ and she was obviously focused on moving on. They were rowing constantly, and she said she had had enough.”

“She said she went back to live in her house in West Sussex even though it was not completed yet. But she was adamant that it would not go back to where she was. As far as she is concerned, it is over.”

Katie, a mother of five, and car dealer Carl, 31, began a stormy romance in June 2020 after they were introduced by a mutual friend. They got engaged in April, with Katie calling her new love “Prince Charming”.

But on Thursday night, Katie is overheard telling guests that the couple’s vacation in St. Lucia in the Caribbean was “s**t” and that they were arguing the whole time.

“Katie said she can’t handle it anymore and wants to get out,” the source continued. Wearing an eye-catching long braid, Katie was joined on the awards red carpet by her sisters Sophie and Harvey.

Katie publicly claimed that she had abstained from eating – but already seemed quite drunk by the time she sat down on her seat in the hall.

The trio sat in the VIP area at the front of the plaza for the event hosted by Joel Dummett and broadcast live on ITV. Sources said security repeatedly told Katie to stand up.

Guests are requested to remain seated between ad breaks to allow filming to run smoothly.

But Katie ignored staff requests, and was often seen standing on her own two feet cheering and making gestures toward award presenters and winners on the main stage.

She was spotted on camera when the documentary award went to Kate Garraway for her film on the uphill battle of Covid that Derek Draper fought.

Loose Women panellist Katie was seen making a heartfelt gesture. Several men were also seen flirting during the evening.

Model and actress Kieran Ray, 28, sat next to her and shared a photo of the two on social media.

‘They were very flirtatious’

He later claimed that Katie was “drunk” she told him: “I love your eyes, what’s your Instagram.”

But Kieran said he turned down her offers, telling her she was “too old”.

Sources also told how “sensitive” Katie was with a businessman at the after party, continuing to drink after taking Harvey home.

A source said, “The two were hanging out at the party together and they could easily have been mistaken for a couple. They were very flirtatious.”

She seemed full of ecstasy and kept leaning toward him, as if kissing him.

“At this point Katie had been drinking steadily for hours, but showed no signs of slowing down and was drinking Prosecco. She was definitely on a mission.”

The awards were Katie’s first public appearance since The Sun revealed that she had been allegedly attacked at a home in Essex.

She said the accident left her in shock, her face bruised and a suspected fracture of her jaw.

Police were called and a man in his 30s was arrested and held overnight.

Katie did not name her alleged attacker, but according to social media speculation it was Karl. He took to Instagram to insist he was irresponsible, saying, “Anyone who thinks I hit Katie is completely delusional.”

He continued, “I have never and will never do anything to hurt Katie. The truth will be told.”

When I met Katie, Carl was credited with helping her through a difficult period in her life after she was treated for PTSD.

KATIE lived an intertwined love life with three marriages and eight engagements.

Her first engagement to Gladiator Ace – Warren Furman – was in 1997 but the couple split up soon after.

She dated Manchester United footballer Dwight Yorke from 2000 to 2001, and had her first child, Harvey.

She was engaged to businessman Scott Sullivan in 2004 but the relationship broke down after she met singer Peter Andre at Woods of I’m a Celebrity.

They married in 2005 and had two children, Junior and Princess Tiaami, but they separated in 2009.

Katie then dated cage fighter Alex Reed and the couple married in Las Vegas in 2010 but divorced two years later.

Her next engagement was with Argentine model Leandro Pena in 2012, and the relationship failed again and they broke up later that year.

The following year, Katie married former stripper Kieran Heller and they had two children, Jett and Bunny. During the marriage, Kieran admitted to sleeping with two nannies. He and Katie separated in 2018 and later separated.

In 2019, Katie accepted her seventh proposal from her personal trainer Chris Boyson but they broke up months later.

Her eighth engagement came when Carl Woods popped the question in April. Now that’s finally it too.
