Hello and welcome to Telegraph Sport’s live coverage of today’s England squad announcement for the upcoming Autumn season.

Eddie Jones is expected to unveil a new line-up for the upcoming matches against Tonga, Australia and South Africa, and Harlequins duo Alex Dumbrandt and Marcus Smith are expected. It remains to be seen if it means the end of Billy Vunipola and George Ford, but today it could mark a serious change of guard in Jones’ tenure as head coach.

Who are the other unexpected contenders? Full-back Freddy Steward will certainly be included due to his exceptional form with Leicester, while half-offender Ravi Quirk will be knocking on the door as well. Callum Chick of Newcastle could also be a back row surprise; He impressed in the summer with England and has resumed where he left off with his club this season.

Meanwhile, Saracens president Mark McCaul said he would be “surprised” if three of his superstars were overlooked today for the second time this season.

Jimmy George, Mako Vunipola and Billy Vunipola were left out of Jones’ coaching squad last month, but they all played a role in guiding the Saracens to Bath – 17-71 – yesterday.

Hooker George recorded two of the Ten Muslims’ attempts, while the Vonipola brothers were also notable in the ruthless deconstruction of the Western Country Club.

Meanwhile, their England team-mate Marou Etoge was on the scoresheet as he started his first Premier League title since October last year, although he was knocked out early in the second half after receiving a pat on the shoulder as Jones watched from the stands. Recreation Ground.

On Itogi, McCall said, “I’m not sure if Maru is a shoulder or a pectoral. We’re just trying to figure out how serious it is.”

England winger Anthony Watson was also out in Bath early, and Bath Rugby manager Stuart Hooper said: “It’s his knee for sure, but I don’t think it’s too bad. I think he’s fine.”
