A small earthquake was reported just before noon Thursday in north central Russell County, according to the Kansas Geological Survey.
The 2.5-magnitude earthquake was recorded at 11:39 a.m. south of the Osborne County Line.
This is the second earthquake recorded in Russell County since Tuesday evening, according to KGS.
