Manchester City are back in the Premier League today, as they face Everton at the Etihad Stadium (2pm).
Pep Guardiola’s City need to make up some points for Chelsea, who were six points clear at the top of the Premier League table after beating Leicester City on Saturday.
Man City head into today’s game on the back of a comfortable 2-0 defeat to Manchester United with any doubts lingering after Crystal Palace’s surprise return before being sent off.
Meanwhile, Everton saw their performances falter after a good start during Rafa Benitez’s tenure at Goodison Park.
They have not won since September 25 and have lost three of their last four matches.
