Atti Price is set to be charged with driving under the influence while ineligible and without insurance after a crash near her home in Sussex.
The former supermodel has been warned that she will face imprisonment for these crimes.
Price, 43, has admitted to driving under the influence, driving while disqualified, and driving without insurance.
She made her pleas in Crawley District Court on September 29, a day after she told police: “I’ve taken drugs, I shouldn’t be driving, I confess everything” after a collision on B2135 near Partridge Green.

At that hearing, her sentence was adjourned on the condition that she receive treatment at a Priory center, not commit any other crimes, and be temporarily banned from driving.
Officers responded to the crash at approximately 6.20 a.m., and Price was arrested and taken to a hospital.
The court heard that a drug scan gave a positive reading for cocaine and a roadside breath test taken by Price after the accident tested positive for alcohol.
A photo released by the police from the scene showed a car flipped on its side.
After the accident, Price’s family expressed concern for her safety.

In a statement from the family shared on Price’s Instagram account, they said: “As a family we have been concerned for some time about Kate’s health and her mental health in general.
Today, our fears have almost come true. As a family we have been and will continue to help Kate get the help she needs.
“Hopefully, she realizes she can’t fight her issues on her own.”
Last month, public records revealed that Price and her partner Carl Woods, a car salesman, had obtained a marriage license in Las Vegas.
Price arrived in the city, which bills itself as the marriage capital of the world, the week the United States reopened its borders to tourists.
Her sentence was listed at 2 p.m. in Crowley District Court.
