Heartless thieves stole a Hermes delivery truck filled with nearly 100 Christmas packages while the driver was on its ride.
It happened when driver Juliette Henry delivered a package at Birch Croft Road in Sutton Coldfield just before 2pm on Monday, December 13.
Juliet, who has been providing her services for Hermes for seven years, believes she has been stalked and targeted in a planned robbery.

She is known as a “postie” and drives the old red Royal Mail truck, a Vauxhall Combo, registration number WV09 SYH, which she had purchased.
The delivery driver, from Errington, said: “As I was delivering the second package at Birch Croft Road, I heard the central lock on my truck go off.
“I walked towards it quickly and saw the men driving their cars. First I saw the truck and then I saw a white car driving from behind.
“I was in shock. I was looking for my keys and ran down the road to try and lock them.
“I think the keys fell out of my pocket.
“It was midday and I delivered 94 parcels but there were 98 left.”
Hermes delivery driver Juliette Henry’s former Royal Mail carriage was stolen in Sutton Coldfield while she was delivering it.
Juliet fears she is being targeted.
She said: “Last Thursday I was at Whitehouse Common Road on the ramp off the main road and remembered I had delivered a package and saw a car parked right behind me.
“It was a 57-board black property, which was kind of sloppy. I wonder if this guy took a picture of me.
“I think they must have followed me.”

Juliet was also concerned that she was making herself a target by wearing a high-visibility jacket with the Hermès logo, which she wore because there were “so many old people in the area and I wanted to tell them who I am.”
She continued: “The white car was very quiet. I don’t know if it was an electric car.
“I never heard their door slam. When I went to get the delivery there was no one on the road.
“Then all of a sudden I heard the central lock with the five locks.”
The 54-year-old said her bosses were “witty”. “They know how scary it was,” she said.
Juliet has been using her Ford Ka to deliver shipments since the theft, but has to come home often to pick up more packages.
She said, “My truck was an old post office truck. I had it. It’s a special truck.”
“All my clients know me. I’m the ‘Red Lady of the Van’ and they call me ‘Posti’.”
“I’ve spent seven years applying for Hermes and I’ve never had anything like this happen before.
“I have been doing this field for six years. From Whitehouse Common to Withy Farm, to Harvester [at Bassetts Pole]London Road, Tamworth Road and the Hospital of Good Hope.
“At the same time, I feel like I’ve made myself stand out because I’ve dressed up in a high-fashion Hermès.
“You think you’re doing all the right things to protect others but have I known myself?”

Juliet added: “I’m just glad they didn’t come close to me. The other drivers were called with knives.
“The people who targeted me are an absolute disgrace.
“Why would they want to do that to people, not just me but people expecting their parcels.”
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: “We were called after a delivery truck was stolen from Birch Croft Road, Sutton Coldfield, around 1.50pm on Monday 13 December.
The driver reported dropping the keys from the truck after the delivery was made. Then she was picked up by a man who opened the locked car and ransacked it.
