Medium-sized earthquake hit Milan

ROME – A medium-sized earthquake shook the financial city of Milan on Saturday morning. There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
The Italian Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology said the earthquake’s initial strength was between 4.3 and 4.8 degrees. It struck at 11:34 a.m. (1034 GMT; 5:34 a.m. EDT) in Bergamo County.
The Italian Fire Department tweeted that “at the moment there are no reports of damage or rescue requests” to its operations centre.
