Intel Core i9-12900KS Ready CPU With Frequency 5.2GHz All Core

[ad_1]

Do you remember Core i9 9900KS (review) with all cores overclocked? ? According to informed sources, the new Intel Core i9-12900KS processor is now being evaluated by board partners and is expected to be released soon.

It’s essentially a pre-buffered storage unit with a performance (core) core that boosts clocking at 5.2GHz, which is 200MHz faster than the previous generation 12900K. As mentioned earlier, this frequency is highly dependent on workload, and most reviews have shown that the base 12900K achieves 4.85-4.9GHz overall core boost, which means the 12900KS should easily hit 5.0GHz out of the box. This so-called clock speed will push the processor to great heights while simultaneously increasing the overall performance of the regular Core i9-12900K processor by a large margin. Intel created this solution in anticipation of the release of AMD’s Ryzen processors with 3D cache, which will put more pressure on Intel to keep up with AMD.
