Rose Aaling’s friend Ellis made a rare TV appearance in the final of Strictly Come Dancing

Rose’s friend Aaling Ellis can be seen cheering her up in the audience at tonight’s Final Come On Final Dance.

Vulture viewers have discovered Sam Arnold in what is believed to be the first time he has been shown watching Rose from the audience on the hit BBC show.

The couple have been together for seven years.

But fans were worried he wouldn’t be present after he failed to appear in the Rose Family’s Good Luck video which was shown for the EastEnders representative in It Takes Two, OK reports.

However, Sam was shown to the audience alongside a woman believed to be Rose’s mother.

In the video shown to Rose before the final, viewers were left baffled when Sam didn’t appear in the heartfelt clip.

“Where was Rose’s friend?” Someone tweeted after watching the video.

Another wrote, “Why haven’t they tied up Rose’s boyfriend before?”

While Sam had not appeared in the clip, the rest of Rose’s friends and family rushed to her wishing her well.

Her mother Donna said, “As a little girl, she was always really happy, always laughing, and was never afraid of anything.

“The bravest person I know actually. The thing that made me cry was her happiness. It just showed how proud she is of her deaf identity.”

“I’m so happy they got Rose and she’s Rose and she’s my daughter and I’m so proud,” she added.

Rose’s brother Jacob added, “When I first found out about Rose on Strictly, I thought it was pretty amazing. To see her get her first 40 on a stern date sums up how hard she has worked.”

“She just works and says to the audience, ‘I can do everything anyone else can do if I’m given this opportunity.'”

While Rose does have a longtime boyfriend, many viewers accurately believe that her dance partner Giovanni Bernice has feelings for her.

In light of the constant on-screen chemistry over the course of the competition, fans of the show often take to Twitter to share their thoughts on a possible burgeoning romance between the two.

One viewer insisted: “Giovanni is madly in love and you wouldn’t convince me otherwise.”

Another added: “Rose and Giovanni a Hallmark movie waiting to happen.”

“The love between RoseAylingEllis and @pernicegiovann1 for each other is so pure,” a third wrote.
