YouTube boxing star Jake Paul is back in action tonight with a second match against UFC legend Tyron Woodley.
Tommy Fury was the guy Paul wanted to see in the other corner tonight, but a broken rib and a bacterial infection wiped out the Brit a few weeks ago.
But that doesn’t mean the American is ready for an easy night with Woodley who put him on eight tours in Cleveland less than four months ago. Paul won that fight by split decision and infuriated his opponent with a $500,000 bonus if he could win by knockout tonight.
Another eight-round affair is on the cards in Tampa Saturday night with more than just the world of boxing tuning to discover the latest chapter in Paul’s rollercoaster.

Barrow go ahead in this fight. The Alamo hit the stage where he might need a knockout to get himself back on the scorecards.
The Australian hits a punch on the back of the Alamo’s head as they split… The referee warns him he’ll take a point too far if he does it again.
The wonderful right hand of the Alamo, Barrow definitely felt it. support it.
Best Puerto Rico tour of some time. Is it enough to return it to him though?
Barrow vs Alamo match, round eight
We go to the last three rounds. It’s really hard to score… Barrow probably outdid him with his work rate.
Alamo continues to move to his right around the ring, and places him in the firing line with Barrow’s left hand.
It looks like the entire crowd is now facing away from the ring. Looks like there might be another fight going on in the arena.
Back in the ring and it’s another equal round, but Barrow is the busier of the two.
Barrow vs Alamo match 7th round
Barrow drops his left hand, Alamo drops his right hand. The pattern of opening rounds is back.
The pair are starting to exchange more now, but with single punches rather than any combinations. Not a great deal of urgency from either of them in the seventh.
Alamo with a good hook in the last seconds…that might be enough to take the round.
Barrow vs Alamo match 6th round 1639881977
Good One-Two Paro, he was slowly starting to take control of this battle now. He’s the one who dictates the speed, but it’s the Alamo who tires the most.
Gap passes over and over to the Australian, to the head and body. His corner is enjoying it, urging him to keep throwing the jab.
The Alamo catches Barrow! He is in pain! Barrow’s legs are really shaky…the bell comes at a good time. Perhaps he was lucky to avoid being called a knockout, he was too close to landing. Barrow controlled everything but the last 15 seconds of that round, but the Alamo would yield how that ended.
Barrow vs Alamo match 5th round
Barrow cautioned a second time after a left hook grabbed his opponent below the belt. He continues to be the busiest fighter, loading up his left hand at every opportunity.
Throwing the Alamo is much lower but it was often a precision feat. This is much better than Paro, probably his best punch of the match and forcing his opponent back into the ropes.
Halfway through the fight, and even with a first-round knockdown, she’ll probably be close to every square on the scorecards.
1639881489 That first-round knockout 1639881461 Barrow vs Alamo Fourth round
The Alamo’s right hands aren’t hugely powerful shots, but they do catch Barrow and the referees will appreciate them.
Barrow with two good left hands…and another like the Alamo intertwined his feet momentarily. The Australian has his opponent on the ropes, but the Alamo praises him and manages to dodge any potential danger.
Another round even, it’s hard to score.
Barrow vs Alamo match 3rd round
The Australian keeps punching more than his opponent, but you can tell he’s still wary about the Alamo’s counter-blow after that first round.
Which was why… Barrow was caught again by his right hand as he entered. Every time he lunges, the Alamo catches up with him. Just sit back and wait for the right-hand counter to launch.
Yusra’s gentle hand is from Barrow as he forces the Alamo back into the ropes. But the Puerto Rican had a more subtle job on that tour again.
Barrow vs Alamo match, round two
Barrow looks to impose speed at the start of the second, trying to regain control after that knockout.
The Alamo is happy to dance around the ring, just trying to stay out of the range. Barrow had some success with a jab, but nothing for the Alamo to worry too much about.
And now the Alamo lets some fixtures go, landing nicely. I follow it with a massive left hook… which misses about six feet. Relatively round. Barrow is the busiest, but the Alamo has had some success as well.
Barrow vs Alamo first round match
The Alamo took center stage in the early stages of the fight, installing a jab and looking to dominate the distance against the southern ball.
Both fighters feel for each other, and no real punches have been thrown in anger yet.
Barrow Down! Fabulous. Fast right-handed Alamo as he stuns Barrow. Flash knockdown, it doesn’t sound painful at all. But this is an amazing start to the Alamo.
The Australian had been winning the Tour up to that point, but it is now a 10-8 Tour for the Alamo.
