An earthquake of magnitude 6.3 occurred in the ocean near Fiji on Monday, the US Geological Survey said.
The US Geological Survey said the quake occurred at a depth of 10 km and was centered about 85 km west of the town of Labasa in Fiji.
The Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center (EMSC) also reported the quake, but said it had a magnitude of 6.1 and a depth of 40 km.
