A white truck driver kidnapped a woman off the street in Hays

Ulysses are investigating reports of a woman being kidnapped from the street and forced into a white flatbed truck in west London.

Officers were called to Cranford Lane, Hayes near Heathrow after a “sad” woman was seen being pushed into a Ford Transit against her will around midday on Saturday.

The victim, believed to be in her twenties, was described as white, slender, with medium bright red hair.

She was wearing a black leather jacket, black pants, and white slippers.

The driver is described as a white man, in his twenties, of thin build, with short brown hair.

He was wearing a black jacket, black pants, and black shoes.

Scotland Yard said the car had an open cage in the back.

Detective Sgt. Luke Taylor, of Mitt’s Western Command, said: “We are concerned about this woman’s well-being and are gathering information to understand the context of the accident and to locate the vehicle and people involved.

“I would ask anyone who witnessed the accident, to have any information on the truck or the driver, or anyone who lives in the area and might have a dashcam or footage on the doorbell to call the police.

“I am sure the news of this incident will be distressing to the local community, and I would like to assure them that the police are working quickly to ensure that the circumstances of the accident are fully understood, and that the woman is in a safe and healthy location.”
