A 5.3 earthquake of magnitude struck various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Chitral, Mardan, Bajaur, Malakand and the provincial city today. [Saturday].
According to the Meteorological Department, the epicenter of the earthquake was at a depth of 180 kilometers in the border region between Afghanistan and Tajikistan.
No loss of life or property has been reported so far.
