A lawmaker has called for a review of the jury system after the acquittal of two priests who climbed onto the roof of a rush-hour train during an Extinction Rebellion protest.
Reverend Sue Parfitt, 79, and Father Martin Newell, 54, targeted a Docklands Light Rail (DLR) carriage at Shadwell Station in East London in October 2019.
