A four-year-old girl has died and her three-year-old brother is critically ill after a crash on the M4.
Family say Gracie-Ann Wheaton was on a family day out with her brother Jayden, mother Rhiannon and stepfather when they were involved in the crash near junction 28 Tredegar Park in Newport on Saturday at about 1.45pm.
Gwent Police said the incident involved a car and a van on the M4 westbound, between junction 28 and 29.
Gracie-Ann’s family have set up a Gofundme page to help raise money for her funeral and say they are devastated by her death.

Great uncle Darren Lucas, from Abergavenny, said that close family are at Jayden’s bedside.
He said: “We are a very close family and we are all devastated and heartbroken. We just can’t take it in and have set up a fundraising page just to help the family out in some way.
“The family are with Jayden who is still undergoing intensive care and is very unwell. We are all sending our prayers.”
The M4 was closed for eight hours on Saturday (February 5) a crash at junction 28 (Tredegar Park) between Cardiff and Newport.
Several emergency service vehicles including two helicopters attended the scene of the crash, which happened just after 2pm.
Traffic officers stopped all traffic in both directions for hours and long queues formed on the motorway after the crash between junction 28 and junction 30 at Cardiff Gate. Witnesses reported the Air Ambulance attended at the scene.
Gwent Police are appealing for information and said a 41-year-old man, driving the van, was arrested and has since been charged with causing death by dangerous driving and two offences of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
He is due to appear before Newport Magistrates Court on Monday.
A spokesman said: “If you have dash-cam footage, or any information that could help the investigation, please call us on 101, quoting 2200041245, or you can DM us.”
