President Putin is planning a “technological catastrophe” at the Chernobyl nuclear plant, Ukraine claimed today.
There has been concern over possible radiation leaks at the Russian-occupied site, and intermittent communication between its staff and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the UN nuclear watchdog.
Ukrainian military intelligence said that Russia planned “nuclear blackmail of the world community” in response to its opposition to its invasion.
