Country singer Garth Brooks played in Baton Rouge, Louisiana for the first time in 24 years on April 30, according to the Washington Post. Brooks played a sold out show at Louisiana State University’s Tiger Stadium, playing in front of 102,000 fans, according to The Advocate.
When Brooks played “Callin’ Baton Rouge,” the resulting fanfare registered as an earthquake on LSU’s seismograph machine, the Post reported. LSU Sports Chief Brand Officer Cody Worsham posted a photo on Twitter of how the song was registered on the scales.
