Pep Guardiola and his title-winning Manchester City players will embark on a victory parade around the city from 6pm after sealing another Premier League crown under the most dramatic circumstances.
After a thrilling battle with second-place Liverpool throughout a memorable campaign, it was City who reigned supreme once again courtesy of some late heroics from Germany Ilkay Gundogan. He scored twice from the bench during a trophy-clinching final day win over Aston Villa after City found themselves 2-0 down.
That proved to be telling as the Reds – who also fell behind in their last match – overcame Wolves at Anfield.
City pipped their rivals to the title by a single point for their fourth such triumph in five seasons. Guardiola and his squad partied into the night and will continue those celebrations with an open-top bus parade – which will depart from Exchange Square at around 6pm and conclude with a stage show at Beetham Tower.
