Digimon fans can look forward to the arrival of Digimon World: Next Order on February 22, 2023. This title was previously announced in October for Nintendo Switch and PC. It debuted on PS Vita in 2017. The new version will come with new features and items.
If you’re interested in seeing more of the latest installment, Bandai Namco has now shared a new trailer – showing 2 minutes and 30 seconds of gameplay footage. Here’s the rundown:
Return to the Digital World to power up your Digimon, discover the secrets of Machinedramon, and create a Digi-metropolis on Floatia. – Train and travel with your Digimon companions at once! Team up with them and Digivolve to save the Digital World. – Meet other visitors to the Digital World and work to defeat a mysterious force that threatens to destroy it. – Build your city on Floatia – Recruit new Digimon allies and upgrade buildings to create a thriving home base environment.
In related news, Digimon Con 2023 closed on February 11, 2023. This is the annual celebration of all things Digimon. It will cover games, card battles, video games and anime, and will also include some live shows and special news. It will debut on YouTube (thanks, Gematsu).
