Jeff Brazier has put his £1.2m home up for sale after separating from wife Kate Dwyer.

The star announced the news in an influential social media post yesterday.

Jeff met Kate, 32, in 2013 and tied the knot in 2018.

They went on to buy a beautiful home together, and lived in it with Jeff’s sons Bobby, 19, and Freddie, 18, who he shared with the late Jade Goody.

When Jeff revealed their split on social media, he explained that they broke up earlier this year, and that he had moved out of their shared home.

The house is now listed on the real estate company’s website.

Jeff told his 198k fans on Instagram: “I have a lot to be grateful for and appreciate being taught the lessons I need to grow but this year has been tough to say the least.

“My 9 year relationship ended earlier this year and I have been working on that as well as supporting someone close to me who is going through something difficult.

“The boys and I recently moved home to a new area and spend most of the time alone as the boys obviously have their own thing.

“It’s been a constant change this year and I’m good at adjusting but the mix of things has made me feel sad sometimes, and honestly I’ve never felt lonely. Can we push Christmas back a few months?!”

Jeff broke his silence after announcing their separation.

The TV presenter insisted he was “proud” of himself for speaking out about the loneliness he felt after the end of his romantic relationship, despite initially feeling “awkward” about his position.

Jeff shared a clip of his grief, telling his followers, “I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone for my message yesterday. Since I sent it I’ve been feeling a little embarrassed, like I made a fuss.”

“It’s funny how the things you’ve been conditioned to feel throughout our lives really follow you.

“This has to change for me or I wouldn’t have put it out there. I’m proud to share something that was difficult. I’m glad so many other people have kind of been able to identify with it.”

He added, “It was what I felt I needed to do and it was the right thing. It was a really brave thing to do. But I’m really glad I did it, so I would encourage anyone else in a certain situation to do the same.”

Earlier today, Kate revealed her grief over the breakup.

Through social media, Kate shared the message: “Someone you know is preparing for their first Christmas without a husband, wife, mother, father, brother, sister, daughter or son.”

She concluded, “Be kind, be generous, give love, give help; if nothing else. Just don’t give people a hard time.”
