A “serious medical incident” involving a child occurred in a swimming pool at Center Parcs Resort.

Wiltshire Police said officers attended the leisure complex in Longleat in Wiltshire with ambulance staff on Christmas Eve morning.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: “We are at Longleat Center Parcs near Warminster to support the South West Ambulance Service following reports of a serious medical incident involving a child shortly after 11am.”
“We will provide an additional update when appropriate to do so.”
Center Parcs UK has confirmed the “serious incident” occurred in the subtropical swimming paradise and said it will provide further updates “when appropriate”.
Subtropical Swimming Paradise is a water park with a wave pool and water slides.
