A small earthquake in Marion County caused a slight jolt in western Chase County on Wednesday.
The USGS says an earthquake occurred eight miles east-southeast of Lincolnville shortly after 10:00 a.m. Weak shaking was reported near Elmdale from a magnitude 2.2 earthquake.
No damages or injuries were reported.
