Sales of the English version of Prince Harry’s Spare reached an “extraordinary” 1.4 million on the first day

The publisher of the English version of Speer said that the English version sold more than 1.4 million copies on its first day of release.

The Duke of Sussex’s diary is now back in print in the US, after an initial print run of two million copies.

It has already become the fastest selling non-fiction book of all time, with Penguin Random House saying only JK Rowling’s Harry Potter series has fared better.

Its first full day of sales on Tuesday saw more than 1,430,000 units sold, including print, e-book and audiobook editions, in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, the publisher said.

The book made headlines around the world and sparked intense debate about the role and relationships of Prince Harry and the royal family.

Some of his most dramatic revelations include allegations that Prince William physically attacked his brother, and has called Meghan tough and rude.

Prince Harry also revealed that he killed 25 Taliban while serving in Afghanistan, and details about losing his virginity and drug use.

An extended round of media interviews, as well as the early coverage caused by the book being accidentally leaked before it was published in Spain, may have helped fuel interest in the book.

Many bookstores in the UK opened midnight Tuesday to serve customers eager for a copy, but there have been very few reports of people accepting the offer.

However, this didn’t seem to be a sign of sales, and industry experts predicted that it would be one of the best-selling pre-order games of the past decade.

Announcing the sales figures, Gina Centrillo, president and publisher of the Random House Group, said: “While many public figure books can be classified to some extent as ‘celebrity memoirs’, Speer is not.

Vulnerable and heartfelt, gritty and heartwarming, Spear is the story of someone we may have thought we already knew, but now we can really understand Prince Harry through his own words.

“Given these extraordinary first-day sales, readers clearly agree, Spur is a must-read, and one we are proud to publish.”
