Shakira found out her ex-husband, Gerard Pique, was having an affair after discovering evidence hidden in a fridge, and it has come to light.

The 45-year-old left the soccer player last summer after 11 years together after she found a jar of strawberry jam in her fridge that she had eaten while she was away.

She got home from traveling period when she noticed the jam — which she knew the rest of her family didn’t like — had been eaten, according to ShowNews Today.

The Hips Don’t Lie singer appeared to allude to the incident in the music video for her song Te Felicito, which shows collaborator Rauw Alejandro’s decapitated head inside an open freezer.

When asked this morning what she was looking for in the fridge, Shakira replied: “To find the truth!”

The star appeared to bash Pique and his new girlfriend in her latest song — Bzrp Music Sessions 53 — saying, “I deserve two 22 seconds. I traded my Ferrari for a Twingo. I traded my Rolex for a Casio watch.”

As she says: “I left my mother-in-law as my neighbor, the press at the door, and the debts in the treasury …”

The track has over 145 million views and over 8 million likes on YouTube.

Shakira and Pique share two sons, Milan, nine, and Sasha, seven.

In a joint statement, the couple said in November: “We have signed a custody agreement.

“Our only goal is to provide the utmost security and protection for our children and we hope that they can continue their lives in a safe and calm environment.”
