Kylie Jenner finally confirms her 1-year-old son’s name

Kylie Jenner has finally shared her baby son’s name with the world after months of speculation.

As the Kardashian star, 25, prepares to celebrate her first birthday, Jenner confirmed that she has decided to call her son Air (pronounced “air”) in a sweet post dedicated to him.

Captioned with his name only, the Instagram post (available here) sees Jenner posing for a mirror selfie with the adorable baby in her arms as he poses for the camera.

Other photos showed his mouth covered in food in his high chair, laughing with Jenner kissing his cheeks at the photoshoot, and posing in a black hat.

The confirmation was well received by fans and the famous Jenner family, who all celebrated the moment.

Khloe Kardashian excitedly wrote, “The King!!! The Young King!!!!!” As proud grandma Kris Jenner added, “I love you Ayre Webster.”

Aire is the four-year-old younger brother of Stormi Webster, who Jenner also has with Astroworld rapper Travis Scott (real name Jacques Bermon Webster II).

Jenner welcomed her second child on February 2, 2022 — the day after Stormi’s birthday — but after initially naming him, Wolfe announced she had decided to change him.

Since then, the baby’s identity has been shrouded in mystery, with social media savvy Jenner and Scott not sharing photos or his new name with excited fans.

Jenner explained on James Corden’s The Late Late Show in September 2022 that she initially panicked when naming the baby, as the name was required for a birth certificate. It wasn’t until after she realized her mistake.

“We didn’t really have a name,” she told the host, “I thought he would come to us when we saw him but he didn’t.”

“24 hours before he signed the birth certificate, otherwise they registered him without a name and he didn’t get a Social Security number… So I felt pressured to pick a name. Then, the day before we signed, Chloe said, ‘How about the wolf?

“I love World War II, so we put Wolf Webster in that moment. Right after I signed the birth certificate, I was like, ‘What did you just do?'” It’s part of his story, but his name has changed.”

In January 2023, it was reported that Jenner and Scott had separated after a five-year relationship, but they have not officially commented or confirmed the breakup.
